SHIPPING: All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Most orders in the U.S. will arrive in 2-3 days after they are shipped. We will ship your order within two business days unless otherwise noted. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday it will ship on the next business day.

We will never charge you more than the amounts shown below. We can fit about 8 yds of fabric in a $5.00 shipping package.

We always try to ship your order in the least expensive package and will adjust your charges accordingly. We will never charge you more than the amounts shown below. We can fit about 8 yds of fabric in a flat rate envelope which is $13 for Canada & Mexico and $17 for all other countries. If you are overcharged for shipping during checkout WE WILL REFUND the excess shipping charges.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. If you would like to pay by check please send us an e-mail and let us know what you would like to buy. We'll let you know the total and put those items on hold while your check is in the mail. Coupons/Discounts/Gift Certificate: Only one Coupon or Discount or Gift Certificate can be used per order.
TAX: There will be 6.00% tax for Florida residents only.
RETURNS: Please notify us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order. We will promptly replace defective or incorrect merchandise. There are no returns on patterns or cut yardage. Quilt kits or fabric bundles (this includes fat quarter bundles, charm packs, jelly rolls, layer cakes, honey buns and turnovers) may be returned within 30 days if there is no smoke odor and they are in "new" condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your personal information will be kept private and never sold or given to an outside party. We would like to use your e-mail address to notify you of sales and new featured products. Please let us know if you would like to be removed from our mailing list.
