London Peasant Top/Dress

The London Peasant Top or Dress includes directions for sizes 2-16.  There are multiple skirt, sleeve and hemline variations included.  It can be made as a knee length dress or a top.  By Lila Tueller.

Sleeve variations include bell sleeve (as seen in picture), short sleeve, 3/4 sleeve or long sleeve (with no ruffle)

Skirt variations include paneled skirt (as seen in picture) or unpaneled skirt

Hem variations include flat hem band (as seen in picture) or ruffled hem
